Home Visits – 75 min | £100 + travelFor clients unable to attend the clinic or requiring ergonomic assessment. Includes full assessment, hands-on physiotherapy, and a personalised exercise program with organic oils & balms.

 

PHYSIOMOVES 6-Week Course – £90
Evidence-based, hands-on program improving strength, mobility, balance, posture, and body connection. Optional pre-class physiotherapy drop-ins for personalised guidance on aches, pains, and rehabilitation goals.
