Our Community Physiotherapy class
Join us for a unique 90-minute session designed to help you improve strength, mobility, and overall wellness through evidence-based techniques.
The first 30 minutes are dedicated to personalized attention, where you'll have the opportunity to consult with a professional physiotherapist about any aches, pains, or rehabilitation goals you may have. Whether you need advice on injuries, guidance on exercises, or want to connect with others working on similar goals, this open space is perfect for practicing your movements and gaining expert feedback.
The remaining 60 minutes of the class is led by a physiotherapist, combining physiotherapy with elements of yoga, Pilates, and relaxation techniques. This portion focuses on improving balance, strength, range of motion, and breathing, using evidence-based practices to help you achieve optimal posture and movement. You’ll leave feeling more aligned, stronger, and empowered to move with ease.
