Elevate your wellbeing with our exclusive 6-week PHYSIOMOVES course, designed to support your rehabilitation goals while enhancing strength, mobility, balance, posture, and connection to your body. Each week focuses on a different part of the body and how to manage and prevent common conditions that arise, helping you build confidence in your body, improve function, and manage common conditions and pain—all within a holistic, evidence-based framework.
Course Components:
1. Pre-Class Physiotherapy Drop-In (Optional 30-Minute Session):
A pre-class drop-in session to discuss aches, pains, rehabilitation goals, or personalised exercises tailored to your needs. Whether you are recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or seeking expert guidance on movement, this session ensures your individual goals are fully addressed and supported, providing confidence and clarity on your journey to optimal health and wellbeing.
2. 60-Minute Guided Group Class:
Each class begins with breathing exercises and ends with sound, relaxation, and guided meditation, creating a complete mind-body experience. Sessions combine PHYSIOMOVES principles, breathwork, and holistic techniquesto improve posture, core strength, balance, and flexibility. Using hands-on physiotherapy guidance, clients leave feeling aligned, empowered, and deeply connected to their bodies.
Weekly Schedule:
Tuesday
9:00–9:30 AM: Pre-class drop-in session
9:30–10:30 AM: Chair and core class – for those building confidence or with reduced mobility, focusing on posture, core, balance, and functional strength
Wednesday
5:15–5:45 PM: Pre-class drop-in session
5:45–6:45 PM: Mat-based class – focusing on full-body movement, flexibility, posture, core strength, balance, and functional alignment*
Thursday:
9:15–9:45 AM: Pre-class drop-in session
9:45–10:45 AM: Mat-based class – focusing on full-body movement, flexibility, posture, core strength, balance, and functional alignment*
*Please bring a mat for your session. If you would like to borrow one, please let us know in advance.
By the end of the course, you will feel stronger, more balanced, connected, and confident, equipped with practical tools to maintain your health, prevent discomfort, and move through life with ease.
